Arturia"s TAE (True Analog Emulation) is really a thing to be heard.

But Analog Lab is better in my experience because I have yet to have it crash or freeze like Maschine 2 has on many occasions (no lie!) I like NI Maschine, or I wouldn"t have invested in it, but Analog Lab 3 is just so much fun! I came to know Arturia pretty late (they"ve been out since 1999), but better late than never, as they say! I have had Analog Lab 3 for about 3 months, and like I said before, I would not want to be in my studio without it! If you"re curious and/or love Analog try it! I think you"ll at least agree that it"s pretty well done software that"s really fun to use, with sounds that will make you fall in love (or fall in love all over again!) with true Analog sound. The tag-based system is on par with NI Maschine"s system. And I have pretty darn good sounds/instruments: (Air Music, Native Instruments pianos, Addictive Piano, and many more pianos from multiple vendors, yet the ones in Analog Lab 3 are my favorites, because of how Sweet the application is (standalone & VST), and how stable and fun it is to run the application every day. I was not only pleasantly surprised, but was quite blown away by how Great the synth sounds are. To hear (and experience) it is to love it, in my opinion.
